What is the return policy?
You have 30 days to report anything missing or defective. If you're not satisfied, return shipping is on you—we'll refund the product cost minus a 25% restocking fee.
Are any purchases final sale?
Only custom or made-to-order items. Everything else follows our standard return policy.
When will I get my order?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Typically 3–7 days for North America, longer for international.
Where are your products manufactured?
Designed and made in Canada. Aluminum construction, powder-coated finish.
How much does shipping cost?
$20 flat rate for North America. $60 for international orders.
